Biscuit bread pudding
Biscuit bread pudding is a delightful and comforting dessert that repurposes leftover biscuits into a delicious, new treat.
This Southern-inspired dish combines stale or leftover biscuits with a rich custard made from eggs, milk, sugar, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
The biscuits soak up the custard, creating a soft, pudding-like texture with a hint of crispy edges. Raisins, dried fruits, or nuts can be added for extra flavor and texture.
