Biscuit Hoe Cake
Biscuit hoe cake, also known as "biscuit bread," is a classic Southern dish that transforms simple biscuit dough into a versatile and delicious skillet bread.
To make biscuit hoe cake, the dough is formed into a flat, round shape and then cooked on a hot griddle, often in a cast-iron skillet. The result is a golden-brown, slightly crispy exterior with a soft and tender interior.
