RECIPE
Ingredients
- 4 CUPS FRESH BROCCOLI FLORETS
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP PECANS (CHOPPED)
- 1/2 CUP RED ONION (CHOPPED)
- 3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 2 TBSP. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 CUP GOLDEN RAISINS (SOAKED IN ORANGE JUICE)
- 6-8 SLICES OF BACON (COOKED TILL CRISP)
- Drain the orange juice (off raisins) and put into a small bowl, set both aside.
- In a large bowl combine and toss the remaining ingredients except the bacon, plus ¼ cup of the orange juice, until well blended.
- Place in your serving bowl or container to chill. Crumble and add bacon pieces on top before serving.
