RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 can sour cherries, drained
- Cinnamon
- 1 pie crust
- Custard
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 rounded tsp. flour
- Prebake a pie crust for 15 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Leave oven at 350-degrees to bake pie
- Put the cherries in bottom of an unbaked pie crust (8 inch). Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
- Combine all the custard ingredients together and mix. Pour custard over the cherries and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
