RECIPE
Ingredients
- ONION, 1 CUP DICED
- GARLIC, 4 CLOVES – DICED
- 1 PD GROUND BEEF, BROWNED & DRAINED
- 1 TSP. ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1 TSP. PAPRIKA
- 3 TBSP. TOMATO PASTE
- 15 OZ. CAN DICED TOMATOES
- 15 OZ. CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1/4 SALT & PEPPER
- 1.5 CUPS BEEF BROTH
- 1.5 CUPS MACARONI NOODLES, UNCOOKED
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE (OPTIONAL)
- In a large skillet or braiser, saute onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat.
- Add remaining ingredients except for cheese then cook for fifteen minutes or until noodles are done.
- Add cheese if desired and then serve with your favorite bread
