RECIPE​

Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • Paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Sugar
  • 2 tsp. sweet pickle juice
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. pickle relish (optional)
  1. Add 2" of water to medium saucepan. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Gently place eggs in boiling water with a slotted spoon and boil on medium heat for 12 minutes.
  3. Let eggs sit in water for 5 minutes. Rinse under cold water and peel immediately.
  4. Half eggs with serrated knife. Remove yellows and place in bowl with ingredients.
  5. Press yolks against side of bowl with fork and mix well. Add dash of pepper and sugar if desired.
Optional: sprinkle with paprika.
