Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 1 & 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 3 WHOLE EGGS
- 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 CUP RAISINS
- 1 TABLESPOON APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/2 TEASPOON (SCANT) CLOVES
- Cream together the butter and a half cup of sugar
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well before pouring into one 9 inch unbaked pie shell or 16 frozen tart shells
- For 9 inch pie, bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Center will appear soft but set in cooling. For tart shells let shells reach room temperature before filling 2/3rds full. Bake tarts at 350 for 15 minutes or until light brown. Filling will appear soft but set during cooling
