Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 cans Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks**
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Mix the juice, milk, and egg yolks** well with an electric mixer on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Let chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Serve!
**If you wish to avoid eating raw egg yolks, bake the pie for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees, and then chill before serving.
