Ingredients
Meatloaf
Meatloaf
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 sleeve saltine crackers (Zesta)
- 5-6 shakes worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 package onion soup
- 1/2 tsp. Badia roasted garlic powder
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Mama's Meatloaf
Meatloaf Topping
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Place in a loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Remove and drain excess grease.
- Add topping on (recipe below) and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve!
Meatloaf Topping
- Whisk all ingredients together and add on meatloaf for last 10 minutes of cooking time.
