Mama's Meatloaf

Some say this is the best Meatloaf Recipe they have ever tasted! I am not surprised, because let me tell you my mama could cook! Tonight I am making a Meatloaf like my mama made. This Meatloaf Recipe has a packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix and many other yummy ingredients that you are sure to already have in your own kitchen!

With the economy's food prices rising sky high, it is a great time to purchase ground beef and cook at home. This recipe has simple ingredients that you should already have as staples in your own kitchen. Add this great hamburger steak recipe to your menu planning this week!   (Never consume raw ground beef)

Mama's Meatloaf
This recipe is in our Volume 3 Cookbook

5 LB. GROUND BEEF
2 EGGS
1/2 SLEEVE OF SALTINE CRACKERS (ZESTA)
5-6 SHAKES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 TSP. SALT
1/2 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
1 PACKAGE ONION SOUP
1/2 TSP. BADIA ROASTED GARLIC POWDER
Mix all ingredients well, then place in a loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out and drain off excess grease. Put topping on (recipe below) and bake for 10 more minutes.
Meatloaf Topping
3/4 CUP KETCHUP
3 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR
1/2 TSP. ONION POWDER
Whisk all ingredients well and put on meatloaf for the last ten minutes of bake time.
