Meatloaf burgers
Meatloaf burgers
- 1.5 LB. GROUND BEEF
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 SLEEVE OF SALTINE CRACKERS (ZESTA)
- 5-6 SHAKES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TSP. SALT
- 1/2 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
- 1 PKG ONION SOUP
- 1/2 TSP. ROASTED GARLIC POWDER (BADIA
- 3/4 CUP KETCHUP
- 3 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP. ONION POWDER
- Mix all burger ingredients well - shape into 6 hamburger patties. Preheat a skillet on medium heat. Add 1/4" of oil. Fry patties until no pink is left in center. Time varies due to size and thickness of burgers. Ground beef should be cooked until well done. Butter and Toast Buns.
- Whisk all topping ingredients well and put on burgers before serving.
