Ingredients
- 4 EGGS
- ¾ CUP OIL
- ¾ CUP SHERRY OR FRUIT JUICE
- 1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 TSP NUTMEG
- 1 YELLOW CAKE MIX OR WHITE
- 1 3.4 OZ. INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
- Mix oil, sherry (or juice) and eggs, then add cake mix. Add pudding and nutmeg. Put in well-greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Dust cake with powdered sugar before serving.
