Ingredients
- 1 LB. FROZEN PEACHES
- 1/2 STICK SALTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- DASH OF SALT
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR (USE MORE IF DESIRED)
- Place frozen peaches, butter and sugar in microwaveable bowl and microwave on high 4 minutes. Take out, stir well.
- Put back in microwave for 4 more minutes. Take out and stir well-add dash of salt. Pour out into pie plate to cool.
- Use to top cakes and serve with whipping cream. This recipe can be used as filling for peach cobbler too! Enjoy!
(If peaches get cold or are stored in the refrigerator, you will have to warm a little for the butter/margarine to melt before serving)
