RECIPE
Ingredients
- 3/4 CUP OIL
- 1/4 CUP WATER
- 3 EGGS
- 1 COCONUT SUPREME CAKE MIX
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3 MEDIUM RIPE BANANAS (MASHED)
- 1/2 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
- 1/2 CUP CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- Place oil, water, & eggs, in mixer then add cake mix. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add vanilla, bananas, coconut, pineapple, and pecans and mix one more minute.
- Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and turn it down to 325 degrees and bake 20 more minutes. Cool before serving. Glaze if desired.
