Ingredients
- 2 CANS TUNA IN WATER (DRAINED)
- 1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 2 TBSP. SWEET PICKLE RELISH
- 1/4 TSP. BLACK PEPPER HARD BOILED EGG (CUT INTO CUBES)
- SOURDOUGH BREAD
- CUCUMBER (THIN SLICED)
- FOR A DELUXE SALAD (OPTIONAL),
- ADD: 1/4 CUP DICED CELERY
- 1/4 CUP DICED ONION
Mix tuna, mayo, pepper, and relish together well. Then mix in the egg. Serve on sourdough bread with a thin slice of cucumber! Keep refrigerated for a delicious snack!
