- 1 PKG. WHITE CAKE MIX
- 1-3.4OZ. PKG. INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING
- 1 C. VEGETABLE OIL
- 3 EGG WHITES
- 1 C. SPRITE SODA
- 1 (1.3 OZ.) PKG. DREAM WHIP (1 ENV.)
- 1 1/4 C. COLD MILK
- 1-3.4OZ PKG. INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING
- Mix cake mix and pudding together. Add eggs, oil, and soda. Mix all together for 4 minutes at medium speed. Add nuts. Beat a little longer. Bake 40-45 minutes at temperature directed on box. Let cool.
- Blend Dream Whip and milk. Beat at high speed to peaks. Gradually add pudding. Beat until light and fluffy.
